Description: Anxiety is an emotion that we all experience and one that has become especially noticeable for many during the pandemic. Join Dr. Alissa Jerud to better understand what anxiety is, why we feel it, and how we can utilize science-backed tools to manage anxiety and develop a new relationship with it. If you or your loved ones struggle with anxiety, this is an event you don’t want to miss.
