Fried Fish & Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 8 pieces fresh fish
  • 1-2 cups Goya cornmeal
  • 1-2 cups New Orleans Seasoned Fish Fry
  • 5-8 potatoes
  • frying oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a fryer or deep pot halfway filled with oil to 350 F.
  • Cut the potatoes with a fry cutter and place in the fryer. Set aside when done and add salt to taste.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the seasoned fish fry and the cornmeal.
  • Dredge the fish in the mixture and place in the fryer.
  • Deep fry for approximately 7–8 minutes until done.
  • Drain on paper towels.
