Deviled Eggs
Makes 18-24
Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Paprika
- Tsp white sugar
Instructions
- Boil eggs in pot of water
- Crack and peel eggs, while warm
- Cut egg in half, place the yolk in a bowl and the egg whites on a plate
- Smash egg yolk in egg to remove lumps
- Mix in mayonnaise one large spoonful at a time, until desired consistency
- Add sugar and mix well
- Scoop mixture into egg whites
- Garnish the eggs with paprika
- Cover and Refrigerate until ready to serve
Notes
Deviled eggs have always been a favorite growing up and in my home. At a party, deviled eggs are the first to go.
