Goya cornmeal

New Orleans Seasoned Fish Fry

potatoes
frying oil
salt
to taste
Instructions
Heat a fryer or deep pot halfway filled with oil to 350 F.
Cut the potatoes with a fry cutter and place in the fryer. Set aside when done and add salt to taste.
In a separate bowl, combine the seasoned fish fry and the cornmeal.
Dredge the fish in the mixture and place in the fryer.
Deep fry for approximately 7–8 minutes until done.
Drain on paper towels.
