Fried Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 16 Kosher chicken wings
- ½ cup Yellow Mustard
- ½ cup Hot Sauce
- Vegetable Oil
- Seasonings of choice recommended - Garlic Powder, Paprika, Chicken seasoning, black pepper, and soul food seasoning
- 4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
Instructions
- Clean chicken wings
- Marinade with hot sauce and mustard
- Heat vegetable oil in large pot (about ½ of pot full)
- Pour off excess hot sauce & mustard off chicken wings
- Add desired seasonings to chicken
- Mix flour, corn starch, and seasonings to a bowl
- Add chicken 1 piece at a time and coat with flour
- When oil is hot, shake excess flour off chicken and add to pot
- Cook 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown
