Clean chicken wings
Marinade with hot sauce and mustard
Heat vegetable oil in large pot (about ½ of pot full)
Pour off excess hot sauce & mustard off chicken wings
Add desired seasonings to chicken
Mix flour, corn starch, and seasonings to a bowl
Add chicken 1 piece at a time and coat with flour
When oil is hot, shake excess flour off chicken and add to pot
Cook 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown
