Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
- Fresh Salmon fillets with skin removed
- ½ cup of olive oil
- Seasoning black pepper, thyme, parsley, lemon garlic, creole seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat Griddle to med-high and spray lightly with olive oil
- Generously coat the salmon with olive oil
- Add seasoning
- Cook on griddle for 3-5 minutes on each side
- Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice
Notes
Although I cook salmon in a variety of ways, grilled salmon is my favorite. I enjoy cooking on the grill, year-round. Cooking on the grill is an efficient of making a healthy meal in a timely manner, without sacrificing the flavor.
