Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 16 Kosher chicken wings
  • ½ cup Yellow Mustard
  • ½ cup Hot Sauce
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Seasonings of choice recommended - Garlic Powder, Paprika, Chicken seasoning, black pepper, and soul food seasoning
  • 4 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

Instructions

  • Clean chicken wings
  • Marinade with hot sauce and mustard
  • Heat vegetable oil in large pot (about ½ of pot full)
  • Pour off excess hot sauce & mustard off chicken wings
  • Add desired seasonings to chicken
  • Mix flour, corn starch, and seasonings to a bowl
  • Add chicken 1 piece at a time and coat with flour
  • When oil is hot, shake excess flour off chicken and add to pot
  • Cook 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown
