Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Paprika
  • Tsp white sugar

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs in pot of water
  • Crack and peel eggs, while warm
  • Cut egg in half, place the yolk in a bowl and the egg whites on a plate
  • Smash egg yolk in egg to remove lumps
  • Mix in mayonnaise one large spoonful at a time, until desired consistency
  • Add sugar and mix well
  • Scoop mixture into egg whites
  • Garnish the eggs with paprika
  • Cover and Refrigerate until ready to serve

Notes

Deviled eggs have always been a favorite growing up and in my home. At a party, deviled eggs are the first to go.
