Notes

I enjoy using matzah for various recipes during Pesach. Matzah French toast is easy to make and can be enjoyed during breakfast, as a dessert, or anytime one chooses. I began making Matzah French toast over 20 years ago and pass it down to my children so that it remains a family tradition.
