Break matzah in half
In medium dish mix eggs, nutmeg, milk, and cinnamon
Place cut matzah into dish, ensuring the egg batter covers both sides
Only soak what can fit in the pan and do not over soak
Melt butter or preferred oil on griddle or large pan
Add soaked matzah and cook both sides until golden brown (2-3 minutes each)
