Lamb
Ingredients
- 1 or more rack lamb
- Montreal seasoning
- Lawry's seasoning
- bay leaves
- garlic fresh
- parsley
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Clean lamb.
- Rub the lamb with olive oil.
- Sprinkle all of the seasonings onto the lamb.
- In a pan, take the seasoned lamb and pan sear the lamb on both sides to get a little brown.
- Place the lamb in a pan and place in the oven.
- Cook until tender.
