Ingredients

  • 1 or more rack lamb
  • Montreal seasoning
  • Lawry's seasoning
  • bay leaves
  • garlic fresh
  • parsley
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Clean lamb.
  • Rub the lamb with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle all of the seasonings onto the lamb.
  • In a pan, take the seasoned lamb and pan sear the lamb on both sides to get a little brown.
  • Place the lamb in a pan and place in the oven.
  • Cook until tender.
