Amy Spector-Crane, Robert Crane, and their children Matthew (age 7) and Mikah (age 5) have participated in many jkidphilly activities. Amy Spector-Crane admitted that as a child, she was the sole Jewish kid in my public school growing up: “If I had exposure to a program like jkidphilly, I would have taken full advantage of it! I only had a connection with Sunday/Hebrew school, and was not able to attend public school with any of my Jewish friends.” Now, Amy’s children enjoy Jewish programs, books, and resources designed just for them.
The Cranes spoke about their favorite Jewish activities, their connection to Jewish community, and the ways jkidphilly has impacted their family.
