Hi jkidphilly families,

I wanted to tell you about something new from Jewish Learning Venture that I think some of you might want to share with YOUR community.

We’ve been thinking about how to make Jewish spaces more welcoming and accessible – as always – and about the fact that there’s no one right way to experience Shabbat.

That’s the idea behind the new Adoughma Shabbat Sensory Play Kit. It’s designed for synagogues, preschools, Hebrew schools and other Jewish organizations, but it’s also a wonderful resource for families to use at home. It gives you practical, hands-on ways to explore Shabbat through sensory play, conversation and creativity.

Each $54 kit includes Hebrew letters and vowel cards, sensory play materials, visual prompts, Creative Challenge cards exploring Shabbat and other Jewish themes, homemade dough and cleanup supplies.

Planning a Get Together? This could be a perfect way to use your $100 Get Together Grant! Invite a few families over, put the kit in the middle of the table, and let everyone explore Shabbat together.

Or tell your child’s preschool, synagogue or Hebrew school about it. There are lots of ways to bring Adoughma to your community.

Bring Adoughma to your Shabbat experience

Warmly,

Erin
