Description: Reflect on the complicated history of Thanksgiving, what it erases, and how it intersects with the lived experiences of Jews of Color. Through conversation, handouts on intersectional and empathetic leadership, and excerpts from Kosher Soul by Michael Twitty, we’ll explore how to honor gratitude while holding space for erased histories and what it means to lead with courage and care in complex spaces.
