Description: You are invited! Join Makom Community, jkidphilly, and JProud for a family Rosh Hashanah celebration to welcome the new year with your friends and neighbors. All ages welcome! Come together to hear the shofar blast, pray, and enjoy Rosh Hashanah rituals in community. We’ll have stories, sensory play, a “photo game” inviting us to reflect on the year we just had, and DIY pride flag activity considering the messages we want to share in the year to come.
Schedule:
- 9:30-10:00 am — Open Play
- 10:00-10:20 am — Tefilah (prayer)
- 10:20-11:20 —Chuggim (electives)
- 11:20-11:45 am —Open Play
Location: An indoor location in South Philly, PA; please register for the exact address.
