Description: Join us at JRA for our monthly food distribution where volunteers will assist with packing kosher food and other supplies and delivering them to the homes of our neighbors in need. Advance registration is mandatory for all individuals, and volunteers must register for each shift they plan to attend. All events will take place at our warehouse, located at 10980 Dutton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154.8:30 – Produce Packing: Volunteers will help to pack bags of fresh produce to be added to our food boxes. 9:00 AM – JRA Juniors: Reserved for families with children under 10 to pack food boxes at a kid-friendly pace. 10:00 AM – All Ages Packing: Volunteers will pack food boxes. Some volunteers will pass out food, while others walk down an assembly line to fill a box. 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Route pickup and delivery: Receive food drop-off locations, items and instructions – then head out to deliver directly to JRA recipients in need.
