Description: Have you heard of Bedikat Chametz? It’s the mitzvah of looking for leavened bread before the holiday of Passover. We will be going on our very own scavenger hunt together with Rabbanit Dasi from South Philadelphia Shtiebel. First, you will collect a kit on Sunday morning from one of two locations (near Washington Square or South Philly). Then, in the afternoon we will decorate our chametz searching kit, practice searching for chametz, read a story and learn about the holiday of Passover and this very important (and fun!) mitzvah. Better suited for children 3-6 years old (siblings always welcome).

Location: Kit pickup near Washington Square or South Philly; choose your preferred location at registration. Zoom will take place at your home!
