Description: Join us for a powerful, authentic conversation about parenting, disability, advocacy, and grief.

Jessica Fein is an author, advocate, speaker, and podcast host. Her podcast, “I Don’t Know How You Do It,” features people whose lives look unimaginable and who triumph over seemingly impossible challenges. Jessica is a working mother and a relentless warrior in the memory of her dynamic daughter, whom she lost to a rare disease in 2022. Her work encompasses hope and humor, grit, and grace — the tools that make up her personal survival kit.

In this conversation, Jessica will share from her new memoir, Breathtaking, followed by a Q & A with participants.

Accommodations: Thanks to a generous grant from the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, we are able to provide accommodations for any child or family member with a disability to attend jkidphilly events. If you need an accommodation such as an ASL interpreter, a sensory toolbox, or even behavior support for your child, or if you have questions about the accessibility of any program or venue, please note so on our form or contact us. In most cases, our staff will need two weeks’ notice to provide accommodations, but we will do our best to meet your needs on any timeframe.
