Join us on December 25th for our annual day of family fun, Being ____ at Christmas. ❄️ Let’s get groovy, crafty, and jolly! At the end of the day, join us at 2:30 pm to light the menorah with us before enjoying the first night of Hanukkah with your families and friends.
From top to bottom, the Museum will be jam-packed with performances and activities for members and visitors of all ages.
Start with exciting live performances and interactive activities, including
11AM-1:00PM jkidphilly Hanukkah Craft & Adoughma (Ah-DOUGH-mah) dough play; sensory-friendly play dough fun (all ages)
world percussion workshop led by Joseph Tayoun
an exciting self-paced scavenger hunt awaits kids of all ages
interactive concert with Lolly Hopwood
Don’t miss make-and-take crafts, including winter-themed foam sticker picture frames, paper lanterns, paper crowns, and coloring sheets; story time; and a sensory-friendly play zone with a foam floor, blocks, and puzzles.
The fun doesn’t stop there: enjoy classic winter movies – Frozen and Shrek – throughout the day in our Dell Theater, and explore the Museum’s core exhibition, checking out all of the excitement across 5 floors.
