Description: Join families from across Greater Philadelphia to help pack food and household essentials at one of Philly’s most kid-friendly volunteer opportunities! The Jewish Relief Agency helps to distribute boxes of pantry staples, fresh produce, household essentials, menstrual products, kids’ clothing, diapers, and adult incontinence supplies to over 6,200 individuals struggling with hunger in the Philadelphia Jewish community and beyond. The JRA Juniors program is a reserved hour in their warehouse to allow families with kids under 10 to volunteer at a kid-friendly pace. Families will use a pushcart to fill their boxes with food and other essential items. Learn more at jewishrelief.org.
