What do you enjoy about jkidphilly?
jkidphilly has given my family another way to connect with our Jewish community. From children’s events to after-school play dates to moms night out, there is a little something for everyone.
What kind of Jewish activities do you enjoy at home?
Our family enjoys celebrating all of the Jewish holidays together. We especially look forward to the cooking and baking that typically coincides with each holiday.
What are your favorite PJ Library books?
We love reading PJ library books. We eagerly open the mail each month to see what new stories we will be reading. These books have become some of our favorites! If we had to pick a few:
– Noah’s Bed
– Bubbe’s Got the Beat
– Happy, Happy
– 3 Falafels in my Pita
Are you part of any other organized Jewish communities?
We are members of Shir Ami in Newtown. Our son, Levi, attends pre-k at Shir Ami and his brother, Noah, will be joining him in the fall. Attending a Jewish preschool has helped our children find their love of Judaism.
What do you think other parents should know about jkidphilly?
jkidphilly has given my family one more way to be involved in the Jewish community of Bucks County.
