Description:   Calling all mommies, daddies, nannies and grannies – come get cozy with your little one during this fun Mommy and Me series! Participants are invited to learn breathing activities, play yoga games, participate in stories, and move to some music. Open to infants, toddlers and preschoolers, this class is flexible to the unpredictable nature of children – while we encourage your children to participate in each segment, we understand that distractions happen! Take advantage of this no pressure opportunity to do something meaningful with your special little one!   Kol Ami’s classes are on November 1^st, 8^th, 15^th and 29^th
