Description: April 7th is my daughter Rayna’s birthday. Join me as we make a cake that is Kosher for Passover. This will be a easy no-bake chocolate matzo layer cake that needs just three ingredients: matzo, chocolate and wine/grape juice. Some of you may have birthdays coming up over the holiday or you may want an easy dessert for your seder that the kids can help prepare. We are keeping it simple and making it fun!
