Description: Join PJ Our Way tweens for a STEAM competition in the style of the popular Food Network show, “Chopped.” Tween contestants will receive an identical basket of “ingredients” (art supplies) and will be asked to create a project that counts the days of the Omer. (A calendar? An abacus? Something entirely different?) We will learn about what counting the Omer is before we start creating! This is a combination art/design/engineering project and tweens will be paired up, so don’t worry if one of those is not your jam!

Entries will be judged by a panel of older teen PJ Our Way graduates. One winner will receive a grand prize and all participants will go home with a consolation prize.

This event is limited to 10 tweens, so please register early to secure your spot!

Location: An outdoor space in Bala Cynwyd; please register for the exact address.

Date and Time: Sunday, March 26, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
